Job Description:

This position assists the billing office leadership build, design, and validate the Centricity Business practice management system. The performance of Centricity Business system is a core component for the business and core collections.  Evaluate and analyze functions to streamline the collection process, trend analysis and communications, creating and implementing policies and procedures, training, project management, developing and instituting internal control systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build, Design, and Validation of workflow within Centricity Business
  • Ongoing maintenance of Centricity Business workflows
  • Deliver modules according to Centricity Business project plan
  • Producing detailed documentation on Centricity Business workflows
  • Issue resolution monitoring according to Centricity Business project plan
  • Working with leadership team to identify and manage reimbursement initiatives
  • Design and implement integration with 3rd party technology
  • Ongoing maintenance of 3rd party technology
  • Writing SQL queries to create end-user reports and perform data-mining
  • Perform data scrubbing, quality checking, and usability analysis to identify anomalies which need to be addressed prior to delivery of analytic results

Essential Qualifications:

  • Assist a team of staff with implementing to help accomplish the company goal of implementing Centricity Business system
  • Ability to lead a data validation project and overhaul of dictionaries that power Centricity Business
  • Assist CIO in building a core repository of reports within Informatics system
  • Provide leadership around the build, design, and validation process within Centricity Business
  • Understands key components of workflow associated to TES/BAR workflows within Centricity Business
  • Works closely and communicate with A/R Management leadership to effectively identify and resolve CB workflow issues
  • Works closely with Accounting and CIO to build system/data infrastructure that aligns with the reporting needs of the business
  • Expertise in developing complex, legible and well-structured scripts, queries and stored procedures in SQL
  • Experience in data mining and analytic data transformation
  • Experience working with large data repositories and/or relational databases
  • Analyze, identify, and communicate mission critical project deliverables
  • Strong documentation skills to develop and maintain written policies and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills, strong leadership qualities, organization and project management skills
  • Strong customer service and can-do attitude
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • 5+ years GE Centricity Business Build/Design/Validation experience
  • 3+ years supervisory experience
  • Project Management Expertise
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of the following Systems a plus: Informatics, IDX Patient Manager, Task Management, Emdeon, DocStar, VeriNet, and insurance carrier web portals


  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience
