For more than a decade, the Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina Chapters of the American College of Emergency Physicians had individually gathered Emergency Physicians and associated professionals for cutting edge educational meetings.
In 2013, they joined together to form the Coastal Emergency Medicine Conference (CEMC).
