Dr. Josh Hargraves serves as a dedicated leader guiding our health system partners and clinical teams in delivering exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and sustainable outcomes. With over a decade of experience in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership, Dr. Hargraves has played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and aligning physician groups with hospital systems to achieve shared goals.
Dr. Hargraves joined ApolloMD with a vision to innovate and strengthen healthcare delivery models. As a Divisional President, he oversees clinician teams in multiple states including Georgia, Massachusetts, and Illinois. His focus is on fostering strong, collaborative relationships with hospital partners and ensuring patient-centric, high-performing practices. Dr. Hargraves is deeply committed to developing future physician leaders, enhancing team culture, and leveraging data-driven strategies to achieve excellence in care delivery.
Prior to joining ApolloMD, Dr. Hargraves earned his undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and medical school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Boston Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. With his unique perspective as both a practicing physician and executive leader, Dr. Hargraves strives to bring innovative solutions to the challenges facing today’s healthcare landscape. He is also an active volunteer and advocate for education, and he is pursuing opportunities to serve on nonprofit boards to further support his community.
