In addition to an annual stipend for continuing medical education, ApolloMD provides a proprietary learning program for our advanced practice clinicians. APC University equips each nurse practitioner and physician associate with the tools and skills needed to enhance his or her practice. With modules covering a broad range of didactic topics, patient satisfaction, clinical metrics, patient flow optimization and leadership training, our APCs are able to enrich their careers and improve care delivery for our patients and partner facilities nationwide.

On-site leadership is key to the success of a clinical department. The Lead APC works collaboratively with the medical director to manage the local APC team. Expert Analytics & Individualized Monthly Reporting

ApolloMD’s corporate team includes a staff of dedicated data analysts who gather, monitor and report out data from each contract location. Every APC and physician receives an individualized monthly report detailing opportunities for documentation improvement, as well as MIPS performance. The goal of these reports is to make our clinical partners more aware of problem areas and to provide personalized, actionable recommendations they can use to improve performance. The clinical operations team also shares findings with local medical directors and provides benchmarking data to compare results with other practice locations.
