Tennille Lizarraga serves as Chief Revenue Cycle Officer at ApolloMD, a physician-owned and operated medical group. In this role, she oversees daily revenue cycle operations supporting more than 3,000 clinicians nationwide across multiple specialties, including anesthesia, emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine, and radiology.
Tennille began her career with ApolloMD in 2006 as an Accounts Receivable Representative, where she focused on securing accurate and timely reimbursement from insurance carriers. Through a combination of dedication, strategic insight, and deep operational expertise, she advanced through progressively senior leadership roles, ultimately earning her current executive position.
Today, Tennille leads a revenue cycle organization of approximately 300 professionals, ensuring her team is equipped with the tools, technology, and training necessary to optimize financial performance and maximize revenue outcomes. Her leadership emphasizes operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in an evolving healthcare reimbursement landscape.
