Top of License Practice Support
ApolloMD has always been a pioneer in the utilization of advanced practice clinicians and serves as an industry advocate for the advancement of the profession nationwide.
APCs play a vital role in our commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care and the success of our facilities. We believe in maximizing each individual’s skills and abilities and aim to create rewarding practice opportunities for our PAs, NPs and CRNAs in reputable facilities across the country.
APCs join ApolloMD as employees enjoying high-end compensation packages which include excellent base pay plus performance parameters focused on rewarding our clinical partners for their commitment to quality, throughput and efficiency.
All full-time team members have the option to participate in annual corporate benefits offerings. Plans include health, vision, dental, life, disability and retirement. Eligible health plans include the opportunity to enroll in a health savings account with potential opportunities for employer contribution. In addition, eligible team members are offered the option to invest in their retirement savings through pre-tax payroll deductions with potential employer matching.
In addition to an annual stipend for continuing medical education, ApolloMD provides a proprietary learning program for our advanced practice clinicians. APC University equips each nurse practitioner and physician assistant with the tools and skills needed to enhance his or her practice. With modules covering a broad range of didactic topics, patient satisfaction, clinical metrics, patient flow optimization and leadership training, our APCs are able to enrich their careers and improve care delivery for our patients and partner facilities nationwide.
Building Your Career Path – Leadership Development & Growth
As dynamic members of our team, we believe each PA, NP and CRNA should have the opportunity to pave the way of his or her career path. Whether you are seeking purely clinical work or are interested in local leadership or a corporate operations role, ApolloMD has opportunities to expand your practice beyond the traditional clinical scope.
On-site leadership is key to the success of a clinical department. The Lead APC works collaboratively with the medical director to manage the local APC team. For nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurse anesthetists seeking local leadership roles, ApolloMD provides leadership development and operational support to smooth the transition into leadership and ensure the team dynamic is a success.
As a large, national group practice, ApolloMD also offers opportunity for advancement in the corporate setting. Whether an APC seeks to become involved in the clinical operations team, assessing flow and throughput and developing implementation strategies for hospital partners on a national scale or wishes to contribute to developing educational tools and resources for APC University, the options are endless.
APC Ownership Opportunities
Each full-time APC has the opportunity to become an owner of ApolloMD through ApolloMD Partners, Inc. With no ambiguity regarding who is eligible for partnership, the program offers increased potential return on investment over time. In addition to the financial benefits, our APCs enjoy working alongside other dedicated partners.
ApolloMD’s corporate team includes a staff of dedicated data analysts who gather, monitor and report out data from each contract location. Every APC and physician receives an individualized monthly report detailing opportunities for documentation improvement, as well as MIPS performance. The goal of these reports is to make our clinical partners more aware of problem areas and to provide personalized, actionable recommendations they can use to improve performance. The clinical operations team also shares findings with local medical directors and provides benchmarking data to compare results with other practice locations.
