Marlborough Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and is certified as a Stroke Center by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. UMass Memorial Medical Center – Marlborough Campus was established in 1890. Physicians are eligible for academic affiliation and appointment with UMass.

- 8 Total Physicians (3 day/1 night); 7on/7off
- Day physician: 15-16 patients + admissions
- Nocturnist physician: 10-12 admissions
- 2 Total APCs; 7on/7off; 12 Hour Coverage
- APCs Cover 2PM-2AM Admitter Shifts
- APCs: 5-6 admissions
